At Lixamart, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging where applicable. Proof of purchase or order details may also be required.

To request a return, please contact us at lixamart4u@gmail.com before sending the item back. Please provide your order number and, where necessary, clear photos or videos of the product.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can review the issue and assist you.

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including personalized items, perishable goods, personal-care or hygiene products, hazardous materials, and gift cards. Sale or clearance items may also be non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, in addition to any time required by your bank or payment provider.
